Insulated Busbar adopts the principle of capacitor voltage-sharing, which is intersecting and superimposing wind insulator on the conductor. The insulator is solidified by vacuum pouring epoxy resin special equipment, according to the balance field intensity of voltage classes covered conducting layer. The insulator has the balance of axial and radial direction field intensity, and also has extremely the insulation and resistance of short circuit property. The external composite material protect the main insulator, for which strengthen the electric property and mechanical strength. It mainly apply to power transmission and distribution, and connection between transformer low voltage bushing and switchgear or the switchgears’ connection in lower voltage system. The busbar, which instead of wall bushing and post insulator, has whole sealing and insulating property, no effect of environment, outstanding reliable property, long installment distance ,high randomness , strong ability of shock resistance and can bear the big current of short circuit. It is also easy to install and no need to maintain.
